Yes it is ridiculously over the top stupid at times but this is a hilarious mix of a goofy story line along with getting the public to participate and witness some of craziest situations. I only wish they had more bloopers in it with people reacting to the situations.

This forgettable "comedy" has little actual humor and few redeeming qualities. While I do admit that I did genuinely laugh a couple of times, those moments were few and far between. Sadly, it seems like good comedy has gone the way of the dodo these days, replaced by dumb garbage passing for comedy like we see in this film, which has become the mainstream. The vast majority of the jokes were derived from crude body humor, and the only ones that really worked for me seemed to have been the improvised lines or unplanned moments that were caught on camera and left in the film. Ironically, Tom Green was both the best and worst thing about this film. Some of these actors do have a smidgen of talent, but you'd never know it from watching this film. Do not recommend.
