.....Written a review of a movie based solely off of the trailer. I usually always watch a movie through before reviewing it, but looking at the ridiculously high score on here and the glowing reviews that have either been paid for, or written by people associated with the film, I feel the need to draw peoples attention away from those fakers. Seriously, watch the trailer for this film and you'll see straight away that this looks like a really bad student film, the acting is awful, the dialogue is embarrassing and the film looks like it was filmed on someones mobile phone. The sound design is atrocious and there's not even any attempt at real make up, the actresses have facial spots, look like thier hair hasn't been brushed for a week and the sets...I mean...locations (I.E. The directors house) haven't even been dressed. It look like any old Joe has walked into a random house with a cheap camcorder and started filming. I'd have more respect for these low budget horror films if they didn't resort to trying to cheat the system to get noticed.

This is a film for the young and restless,that whirls multitaskingly, and cant spare a moment of after thinking.,its very very cheap, bad costumes,bad make-up,editing and sound a 3rd grade,seems like the only premise cast wise is big tits and 6-pack. the whole story stinks till nearly abrubt shut down to the average overaged viewer. some of the music are rythmic and nice, so are some of the bestialic items that aunty cooks food on, the making of the toe nail chocolate crackers were a highlight among a few other cruelties. what could have lurked up the stars to a higher level is to stop saying'' hey'' in every second sentence, and teach the aspiring actors to scream properly. i will not recommend, its boring and will never watch this junk again

2018's roll of terrible movies continues, it truly has become one of the worst movie years in history. Halloween at Aunt Ethels tells the wafer thin story of a mysterious old lady who rumor has it kills and cooks children on Halloween. Is it true or is it merely an urban legend? Better question, can you find it in yourself to care? An independent comedy horror I have to say it fails on both fronts. The character development dominates the film, the actual "Horror" rarely gets started and the comedy? This is not a funny film. It's essentially a naff horror with a couple of jokes total throughout the film. Granted the jokes are quite funny but oddly enough I expected more within the 90 minutes! The film simply never gets started, it contains plenty of T&A, it has a little bit of gore but beyond that? Absolutely nothing. This is shoddy film making, they have absolutely no idea how to structure a film and when the credits roll you'll be left deeply confused as to what you just watched. This is unbelievably bad on so many levels. Even for a project for school, this would be given a failing grade that results in the whole class laughing. The acting is terrible and the story line is absurd and just bad.

The protagonist did a great job. excellent direction.

There is some serious shilling going on here with this movie. 74% give this garbage 10/10. Another 15% award it 9 Stars which gets this movie a 7.9 rating overall. And there's a glowing review from an account with the directors name. Go figure. This is a slow moving, uninspired horror movie without any redeeming qualities. There is no real story. The director bought some Halloween props, hired a few college Students and an old lady with bad makeup who likes to lick fake dismembered body part props. You dont care about anyone on the screen and if you value your life time you shouldn't care about about this movie either. Avoid at all costs. Watch out for the shills.

No, not *just* by taking part in this nonsense but by shamelessly (not to mention eponymously) reviewing this nonsense as the Citizen Kane of comedy horror -- or, in this case, more like horrific comedy. "Hilarious!!!! Sexy!!!! Fun!!!! Quirky!!!! Fast paced!!!! A Must See!!!!", reviewed the director himself; if you must see for yourself, please, do scroll down and enjoy the second-hand embarrassment. Needless to say, this is not only steaming garbage, but a boring heap at that.

Boobs, Sex, Cannibalism, and Witches. I put the main contents of this movie in order of how much you see. So if you like any of those four things, but mainly the first three, this movie might be perfect for you. It's a bad movie. It knows it's a bad movie. I think the writers had fun writing it, and actors had fun acting in it. For me it's wasn't so bad, it's good, like Wolf Cop. It was more like I was watching some friends who put together a movie, and their dad owned a strip club, and the strippers starred in it to make some extra money. The actors were over the top, sometimes amusing, sometimes really bad. The story line was basic, but the end amused me. The special effects were pretty basic too. Would I watch it again? No. Do I hold that against the movie? No, I knew I was in for a cheesey, sex-filled movie from the beginning. But if you have nothing better to do, invite some friends over, or watch it alone in your mom's basement, and enjoy some bad horror-comedy.

Are people really taking this as a horror film? This is cinematic and comedic gold. This film is not so bad it is good, it is instead a work of art. This movie knows what it is, and is total blast from start to finish. Pretty sure I was grinning like a mad bastard through much of this, nearly every line from Aunt Ethel is particularly rich, and one has to admire these talented performers who manage to somehow deliver these lines without bursting into spontaneous laughter. Requires a certain sense of humor, but this is one pickled Halloween treat I will never forget
