The entire series shows a stereotypical Hindu family deep rooted in old religious beliefs, social , political issues. Director took a safe route by defaming Hindus because if this was any other community , people would've taken to the roads. How come all controversial narrow minded characters happen to be Hindus only? All these feminist and social issues never happen to people of other religions is it? As a community we have been trying for years now to remove whatever little flaws we have , and shows like this is proof that there are certain people who want to purposely bring these up even though there's openly practiced polygamy, etc . I'm yet to come across a movie on flaws of other religions. Although the actors and overall direction was good , the plot and script screamed political agenda!

Nicely written and more importantly very well screenplay must watch.from the village side looks plus some on off comedy brilliant. Nirmals character could be slightly better but not bad at all.

Nirmal pathak ki ghar wapsi is a drama family show directed by satish nair and rahul pandey. These are the positives and negatives. Performances:-vaibhav tatwawadi has played an emotional and grounded character with elegance. Akash makhija's transformation from a loving younger brother to a ferocious man is deadly. He was brilliant. Alka amin as santoshi maa is superb. She has played it beautifully. Pankaj jha as chacha and vineet kumar singh as the politician are regular veterans. They dont miss a single beat. As a whole, the performances from the cast are brilliant. Cinematography:-The village atmosphere was built up pleasantly. The fields and farms were captured beautifully. The mud roads, the uneven paths are a character of the villages. Music and background score:-the songs are melodious and soothing. 'Mann ki machariya' which also happens to be the intro theme in tune is brilliantly sung with all so beautiful lyrics. The background score is used brilliantly in the emotional sequences. Mainly worked with the atmosoheric sounds. Social and cultural themes:-the issue of untouchability and caste divide is touched upon brilliantly. Not in a preachy way but with organic sequences. Its such a devil to our society that we before recognizing humans as humans start suppressing them and making them inferior. Marriage nowadays is just a tool to bring housemaids into their house. Their is no love actually. Gender inequality between men and women is brilliantly portrayed. Women do not have a voice of their own in some places of the country. This is a fact. Our society is so ignorant of male touch. A father is seldom seen hugging his son. They do not speak their minds. They do not cry together. Why so? Brilliantly touched upon in this series. Dialgoues:-absolute peach of dialogues. The relationship of father and son is just like a bus driver and conductor. Such organic and heartfelt dialogues. Brilliantly written! This is an absolute gem of a show. Watch it for sure. I rate it 10 out of 20.

Rina never said she doesn't want to marry , she just wanted to continue working. Just because of the extremely dumb and super gullible Lead , who has no personality at all , and is unable to perform basic human actions like listening and speaking properly , does this show even go beyond 4 episodes. I started watching 1 episode and liked it, but the way they left such a major plothole in the middle of the show, it makes the show really vague for me. Nice acting by Aatish and Santoshi maa.

Congratulations to Director, writer, Casting team, actors & all people who are involved in making this series. Jab aapke khilaf log bolne lage in, toh samjh lijiye aap sahi Disha mein hain. Today also we can see these issues in our society. I can totally relate it to my village. You guys have nailed it. Actors are well directed & helped for delivering those beautiful dialogue with accent. Mr. Rahul Pandey we are waiting for next part. Please take your time and make it as soon as possible. Though there was jo relation between what nirmal was doing still the plot made an attempt to portray that communists are real social workers and the right wing is still conservative. If there was no such attempt the script have been a good one to watch.

In start it seemed that NPKGW will be like Panchayat. But after first episode Director totally missed the plot. Main character himself is not knowing what he is doing. Sometimes he is a city guy who first time visited a village. He seems very excited to see lush greenscape & a family full of love & compassion. Then he gets haywired & become involved in caste conflicts, eductionist, Female upliftment safe guarder, a preacher, a son & what not. Character of younger brother is portrayed beautifully. He is just like Laxman a devoted brother, who takes care of even small things of his elder brother, saves him from Bihari kidnappers, presses his feet when he is sleeping etc. But main character is going in different directions, without getting involved in family & village life. Last straw is - he helps to run away with cousin's going to be bride & says I m ur RAM. Work of Rawan & telling that I m Ram. HAHAHA... Writer has to see Panchayat first, where they provide solutions at the end of episode. Here in NPKGW they themselves not knowing what to do in the end. He runs away just like his father did...

Things which are no longer an issue and these factors are made the pivotal point of these series. The best option to watch the village life is to go watch "Panchayat" instead of this. Hindu hatred is evident with messaging like "tum kya JNU se ho" they are trying to prove that right wingers point anyone with practical advice as being from "JNU" , which is so sick as we all know there are anti- national sloganeering from these institutions. Couldn't watch any further. Good cast n acting thou.

I loved it. Narration is so good and skills shown by whole caste is just mind-blowing and Appreciable. I you will connected in whole series. Lets hope to see the next season will agerly waiting.
