I don't know how Adam Sandler got the legendary Jack Nicholson because they made such a pretty good team together. I loved how they both were singing 'I'm so Pretty' from West Side Story while Dr.Buddy was 'calming down' Dave on a motorway. They are just great the pair of them! I was not really a fan of the storyline, I thought it was a stupid idea for Adam Sandler's character to be wrongly accused for assaulting the stewardess. He obviously didn't do anything so why did they make this look stupid? I've seen some of his movies and I swear, this has to be one of his films to have a messed up storyline. I think he took an unfortunate risk on this one and I think it was a mistake. It wasn't a mistake to have Jack Nicholson in this but since it's a Sandler movie, he knows he should've done better!

for a pretty good comedy. Some of the looks Nicholson gives are hillarrious; ie... the courtroom scene and when he's encouraging Sandler to hit on Heather Graham. Woody Harrelson gives a good cameo as a crossdresser. The formula is the same as in all Sandler films, good, funny guy tries to get girl(in this case keep her as his girlfriend.) Marisa Tomei is the girl and worked in this film. Sandler's obsticale is a crazy anger management therapist, who really gets on his nerves. When Nicholson stops the car on the freeway and they sing and people are yelling rot in hell and when he's at Sandler's office talking to the boss, is very funny. And there are quite a few more funny scenes. PS: This movie gives new meaning to the phrase: fat cat. FINAL VERDICT: Worth watching if you like goofball comedies and this is better than a lot of Sandler's films.

I'm not a big fan of either star, but they work together well. It has some really big laughs. Better than most comedies out recently. Sandler is his usual befuddled self while Nicholson is at maniacal best. Rating - 8 of 10
