I watched this series because of Lee Jong Suk. The drama is good overall, but it gets pretty unrealistic at times like the fact that he can just show up anywhere and perform surgery anonymously without anyone noticing. That part didn’t really make sense to me. The second lead’s character also felt inconsistent. She’s engaged, then suddenly starts developing feelings for the male lead, and then goes back to her fiancé. It came across as a bit weird. It’s not bad overall. You can watch it if you want something light.
