The tyrant Dark Star and his organization GRIP start invading Earth and its surrounding areas, while Dark Star's cyborg subordinate Orn acts as a regent in their original universe. The main force of the heroic organization Macron 1 defends the Earth in this war. The sub-group known as the "Beta Command" is based in the other universe and is struggling to depose Orn.
