Bath (Olu Jacobs) laments over the fraud that has been going on in the state for a while and the E.F.C.C are taking up the investigation, the people involved wants him to cover them or he put the blame on an innocent man, but he bluntly refuse and is ready to face the possibility of losing his position as the accountant general.
