What an experience. These stories are SO powerful I can't stop thinking about them. Thank you to these brave participants who shared their struggles with mental health. They are right, we all are impacted ourselves or through loved ones who suffer from poor mental health. Sometimes its passing but often reoccurring or always present. Talking and sharing helps us understand and support one another. It's a lot to take in so I don't recommend binging at one go.

Very touching and important series. The stories that are told on this shine the light on some of the world's most amazing human beings. Fawzia is definitely a hero. We all have things to deal with, crosses to bear and healing to do. Absolutely no one is spared from pain. For the first time since 2017, when I lost my brother, I feel seen and understood. Maybe there's hope for me after all. Maybe I'll be good again.

It was moving. It was beautiful. It was real. It was needed. The stories were painful to watch, but necessary. Thank you.

Amazing docuseries and a great example of how to show empathy towards mental health. It humanizes people struggling with mental health opens up the conversation to those currently suffering in silence. Mental health affects everyone from all diverse socioeconomic, ethnicities, cultures, and geographical areas. This series does a great job of highlighting all people and telling their story in a compelling way.
