Thank god my T. V. has an OFF switch. I turned this one off about five minutes in. Wannabe western filmmaking that has no clue about westerns. Seriously bad.

This was fun! Cowboys and the Bad Ass Guy! Some good surprises along the way. T. Hallum was good as always and R. Keith tore it up! Would have liked to have seen a little more Rodeo in it. We enjoyed it so much watched it again and even liked it more then.

A friend of mine told me about this one, it was pretty good. Kept us entertained, story was good, acting was better than most. Be a great film to do as a sequel, that bad ass comes back with a warped neck and seeks revenge! Some of the turns you could see coming, and then WHAM! Good film, would recommend it!

I thought the acting was great, and realistic of some rough and tumble Texas cowboys !!!

Boone "lightening" Carson may be smarter than the bulls he rides, but not stronger than one. After one breaks his back and will to ride, Boone works as a collector for Pat Reuben (Robert Keith) the local loan shark. His mother is deathly ill and the bills are mounting. They are about to lose the house on a reverse mortgage? Boone spirals downward as Pat wants more from him. The film uses some silly stock tough guy western talk. I keep wondering who talks like that? Boone: Same as Pat? Codi: More or less Boone : Well, which one is it? More or less? Codi: Does it matter? Dialogue was stupid. Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity. Includes Hollywood mandatory interracial couple.

Finally! Someone can make an independent movie with real cowboys and horses. Plus a great story and acting. On my favorite list!
